The CFA founded 2019; produced by 21 Media Group & The Carolina Regional board of directors; along with professional artist who strive to make a difference in their community. Through our 501c3 Partnership with community dream builders; this annual event that travels regionally , recognizes and honors fashion designers, stylists, models, and industry professionals from North and South Carolina. The organization focuses on empowering creatives, promoting industry growth, and supporting charitable causes, such as lupus awareness. 

How Do You Qualify For a Carolina Fashion Award

Qualification & Nomination Process

The Carolina Fashion Awards honors excellence, influence, and enduring contribution within the fashion industry. Modeled after the integrity and peer-driven standards of the world’s most respected award institutions, qualification is based on peer or public vote; vote is by application or submission.

Nominees are evaluated and selected by a review board and voting body composed of industry peers, past honorees, and established professionals.

To qualify for consideration, fashion professionals must demonstrate:

• Peer Recognition -The Vote
  Nomination and advancement are determined through votes cast by fellow industry professionals, recognizing respect, credibility, and impact within the field.
• Sustained Excellence & Consistency
  Candidates must show a proven body of work and consistent expertise over multiple years, reflecting growth, relevance, and leadership in their discipline.
• Industry Contribution & Influence
  Consideration is given to professionals whose work has meaningfully shaped, elevated, or advanced fashion within the Carolinas and beyond.
• Philanthropic & Charitable Impact
  The board also reviews charitable efforts, community involvement, and initiatives that demonstrate a commitment to giving back and fostering opportunity within the industry or local communities.

Notification & Honors
Winners, nominees, and special honorees are formally notified via email and invited to attend the annual Carolina Fashion Awards ceremony between March & April 1st each year. Recognition may include awards, honors, and distinctions presented during the year’s show. The CFA celebrates not only success, but legacy—recognizing those whose dedication continues to define the standard of fashion excellence.
